Sam Back on Bike

The good news is that Sam Bennett is back on the exercise bike following his accident. His collarbone is knitting slowly. He has limited mobility of his left leg, but is undergoing physiotherapy and is up to 30 minutes of easy pedalling. In time, he should make a full recovery.

Sam In Accident

Sam Bennett was involved in the first major accident of his career when he was in collision with a car on Friday outside of Windgap, Co. Kilkenny. Sam was removed by ambulance to St. Luke’s Hospital in Kilkenny where he was diagnosed with a fractured collarbone, leg muscle and  head injuries. A Good News Weekend For Our Club

River Suir Ride for Carrick’s River Rescue
