Following on from the recent Cycling Ireland AGM, it has been decided that riders may apply in writing to CI for a one category upgrade. To avail of this upgrading amnesty, riders must submit their request before 1st April 2013. For more information and to access the application form, click here.
For license renewal for the 2013 season, it is recommended to do this via the Cycling Ireland website. To encourage this, CI have offered a €1000 prize for a rider that renews using this method. Also if enough club members renew via this method, the club can benefit too in the form of funding from CI – so it is well worth the effort. All the details you need are available by clicking here.
