Carrick’s Hugh Mulhearne has done it again. National Track Champion in the Scratch Race, he also took two more silver medals in the Individual Pursuit and the 500m TT events. Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th of August  will go down as the most successful weekend of cycling for Carrick-on-Suir cyclists so far this year. Carrick based riders Jamie Blanchfield and Michael O’Loughlin have taken great results at this weekend’s National Junior Championships.
