The Suir Valley 3 day finished as yet another resounding success for the club with Martin O’Loughlin taking stage 1 and stage 3. In a breathtaking performance against a classy field, Martin along with John O’Brien were able to bridge across to an Isle of Man rider and give him the old one-two to take the top 2 spots on the stage. Diarmuid Carew had a good ride on the final stage to take 5th place with Martin doing enough to finish 6th overall on GC to take the red jersey for best C/Vet just ahead of Rory Wyley in 9th place.
