Young Carrick Wheeler Sean Hahessy took a fine victory on Saturday night last in Blarney at the Ray Looney Memorial Criterium in the U-16 race. Sean rode a solid race and is showing good form ahead of this coming weekends National Youth Championships in Donomon, Co. Roscommon. The Tipperary minor Footballers made history last weekend by beating Roscommon at Croke Park to reach the All-Ireland Final, lets hope there will be more success for Tipp’s young cyclists this weekend at one of the biggest events of the year.
