Former Dan Morrissey Carrick Wheelers rider Sam Bennett wins the 2010 U23 Irish National Cycling Championships in Sligo. Sam will ride the 2010 U23 European Championships in Turkey this July before going on to compete with the French ProTour Team – Francaise des Jeux as a stagiaire from August 1st.
Dan Morrissey Carrick Wheelers had a fantastic result in the 2010 National Championships held in Sligo at the weekend winning the Junior Team Gold Medal. Simon Ryan, Daniel Bresnan and John Skeehan all put in great performances to beat off competition from teams from throughout the 32 counties!
