Unfortunately, Sam picked up a chest infection and had to return home from Newport as David O’ Loughlin, David McCann, Martyn Irvine, Paul Healion and Sean Downey headed for Beijing.
Sam’s on the mend now and will start training this weekend for the Copenhagen World Cup over St. Valentine’s weekend.
